Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays are processed the next business day.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package:

• We will contact you to arrange re-shipment.
• Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
• If you choose not to have the order re-shipped, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your package is lost in transit, contact us at support@xenorahome.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
• If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays can occur due to:

• Weather conditions
• Carrier disruptions
• High-volume periods (e.g., holidays, sales events)
• Remote or restricted delivery areas

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, you may be eligible to cancel and receive a full refund under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002.

2-Year Manufacturer Warranty

All vacuum cleaners purchased from Xenorahome are backed by a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. This warranty applies to all vacuum cleaner brands we carry, including but not limited to Shark, Hoover, and other leading manufacturers.

• Motor, battery, and electrical parts (within the warranty period)
• Manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery

What's Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear (e.g., cosmetic scratches, fading, or discolouration)
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, or improper handling
• Damage from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly
• Consumable parts (e.g., filters, brushrolls, belts) unless defective on arrival
• Products used for commercial, rental, or non-household purposes
• Loss, theft, or damage during third-party shipping not arranged by us

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim:

1. Contact us at support@xenorahome.com with:
   • Your order number
   • Product name and model number
   • A clear description of the issue
   • Photos or a short video showing the defect
2. Our team will review your claim within 2–3 business days.
3. If approved, we will coordinate with the manufacturer to arrange one of the following:
   • A replacement product or part
   • A repair (where applicable)
   • A refund, if a replacement or repair is not possible
