Refund and Exchange Policy

1. Refund Method
   Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after processing.
2. Refund Amount
   Full refund: Item price plus applicable taxes, minus any original shipping charges (unless return is due to our error).
   Partial refund: May apply if items are returned in used, damaged, or incomplete condition.
   Non-refundable: Original shipping costs, return shipping costs (unless our error), and any customs or duty fees.
3. Processing Time
   Refunds are processed within 15 days of receiving and approving your return, in accordance with applicable consumer protection timelines .
4. Exchanges
   We offer exchanges for:

Different size or color of the same product (subject to availability)
Defective or damaged items
To request an exchange, contact support@xenorahome.com with your order number. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

5. Cancellation and Refund Rights
   Under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws:

If your order is not delivered within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, you may cancel and receive a full refund .
If goods are not as described, you have rights to cancellation and refund .
